Pork Chop and Apple Wild Rice Stuffing Bake


Ingredients:

1 pkg Christmas Point Apple & Wild Rice Stuffing Mix
4 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Prepare stuffing mix as directed. Season pork with salt and pepper and brown. Place pork in a greased oven safe dish. Pour soup over the pork then cover each chop with a generous portion of stuffing. Cover and bake at 350˚ for 1 hour.

Makes 4 servings
