Cranberry & Caramel Pie


Ingredients:

CRUST
1-1/3 Cup Flour
1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter

FILLING
1 (10oz) jar of King's Cupboard Caramel Sauce
1 package of fresh whole cranberries
1/2 Cup of chopped walnuts

Directions:

CRUST
Mix flour and powdered sugar together. Cut in Butter until mixture resembles crumbs. Press on bottom and sides of a 9” pie plate and bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350°.

FILLING
Heat jar of King's Cupboard Caramel Sauce in a microwave for 40 seconds. Mix melted caramel, cranberries and nuts together. Pour into the pie shell and bake at 375° for 20 minutes or so until cranberries pop open. Cover loosely and let cool. Filling will firm up as it cools.
