The addition of crispy bacon bits to our extra special Onion Chive Dip, makes this dip just that extra bit tasty. Try topping freshly baked potatoes with it.


Bacon & Onion Dip


Ingredients:

1 cup (250 ml) real rayonnaise
1 cup (250 ml ) sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 cup (60 ml) cooked, crumbled bacon
3 Tbl (45 ml) Gourmet du Village Dip Mix Onion Chive Dip Mix

Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Cover and chill for at least one hour

For a lower fat variation, eliminate the mayonnaise and use 2 cups (500 ml) low fat sour cream or yogurt.
