1. Make bread in machine on dough cycle, or by hand (let rest 1 hour).
2. Roll out whole dough into a rectangle for rolls, or two 12x6 rectangles for
coffeecakes.
3. Spread filling on rectangle(s): Poppyseed, Almond Paste, Prune; or Cinnamon Topping
(1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon).
4. Roll dough up lengthwise, cut evenly into 12 pieces or connect both ends to make
rings.
5. Place rolls or coffeecakes on greased sheets.
6. Let rise 30-40 minutes.
7. Brush with egg wash (1 egg, 2 Tbl water)
8. Bake at 350˚ 40-45 minutes for coffeecake or 20-25 minutes for rolls.
